What Gets Measured Gets Managed, presented by Erica Dougherty
The concept of big data is past its debut in the worker’s compensation loss arena. It is quickly evolving into an expected method for managing results within the C-Suite of many organizations. While the prospect of the new tools can be exciting they do propose challenges for many risk management departments due to the amount of data available and the sophomoric utilization period. The difficulty lies in pinpointing the methods that are effective and best suited to meet their specific organization goals. The session will address approaches, concepts and methodologies on how actionable data will help reduce workers compensation loss cost within your company.
