Please join us on Tuesday, October 18 at the NASCAR Hall of Fame for a CLM (Council of Litigation Management) event. This will be in replacement of our normal October luncheon. This is a free event, however you must register at the CLM website. Presentations will begin at 4pm, as Jessica Smythe (Legal Counsel - Crowe Paradis Services Corporation) discusses "Medicare Set Aside", followed by a mock mediation, and concluded by "The Impact of Social Networking Websites on Civil Litigation", presented by Ronald Mazariegos (Arrowpoint Capital), John Spainhour (McAngus Goudelock & Courie, LLC), and Adam Whitten (Goodman McGuffey Lindsey & Johnson, LLP). There will be a reception held from 6PM-8PM following the presentations.
