November Luncheon: Liability Medicare Set-Asides: Best Practices for Managing Risk Today

Join us Thursday, November 13th to hear Drew Bret of Gerretson Resolution Group speak to us on the very current topic: “Liability Medicare Set-Asides: Best Practices for Managing Risk Today”. 

Andrew “Drew” Brett is a Senior Client Relationship Manager with Garretson Resolution Group.  Drew works with clients nationwide with respect to Medicare Secondary Payer compliance. His work allows clients to verify and resolve in full any conditional payments made by Medicare on behalf of a claimant, as well as determining when/how to address Medicares future interest by identifying where Medicare Set-Asides (MSAs) should be considered as a part of workers compensationliability and no-faulsettlements.

Drew graduated from Liberty University with a B.S. in Government, with a specialization in Pre-Law and received his diploma in Paralegal Technologies from South Piedmont Community College.
